Are you having trouble with your host family? Do you have a question about your rights as an au pair? APN’s professionally trained counsellors offer advice on your situation and can help you get legal assistance if necessary. In urgent cases we also offer help to find emergency accommodation and shelter.
Both of our counsellors are former au pair themselves and have received official training as caseworkers within the field. What you tell counsellors is treated with complete confidentiality, meaning that unless you agree otherwise, no information will be shared with your host family, the authorities or others.
